Copper Country Rentals will put you in the driver's seat this winter. Take advantage of the Keweenaw's marvelous scenery and hundreds of miles of groomed trails on one of our Yamaha or Ski-Doo snowmobiles.The Keweenaw has a number of natural wonders and varied terrain, from rugged cliffs to panoramic lookouts like Brockway Mountain.

Why Rent from Copper Country Rentals?

Get more bang for your buck All of our sleds are based on a 23 hour rental day, so you are not charged extra for overnight use of our snowmobiles. Check out is at 9:30 am and check-in is at 8:30 am the following day, although evening drop-offs are accepted. However, our check-in dead line is rigid.

Helmets and clothing Included in your rental is the use of high quality "Castle" brand jackets and bibs. We also provide you with HJC helmets with electric frost free hot shields.

Making a reservation & cancellations

  • $50 credit cards deposit at time of reservation.
  • One week cancellation notice to avoid loss of credit card deposit,
    minus $10 processing fee.
  • Within one week of reservation, full loss of deposit.
  • Within 48 hours, full rental rate will be charged.
  • We are reasonable, if snow conditions warrant a cancellation, we will be happy to refund your deposit, minus the $10 processing fee.

Flexibility We will bring your sled right to your door. We deliver anywhere in Houghton, Hancock, Calumet, Laurium, Lake Linden and anywhere else in the Copper Country.

Our Machines Our fleet includes the latest machines from Ski-Doo, including the Yamaha 1000cc four-stroke and the Ski-Doo Renegade. The Renegade features a larger engine and longer track for more comfort and power. We can also provide snowmobile suits and helmets with hot shields. The hot shield technology provides a clear view no matter what the conditions.

Experienced Staff If you are a novice snowmobiler, our experienced staff will teach safe snowmobiling. We will provide all of the equipment you need for a safe and memorable adventure. We will help plan your trip through the hundreds of miles of groomed trails available in the western Upper Peninsula. Tour guide service is available.
